Delayed Homecoming

Mike is, thankfully, back in the United States tonight. Him and 6 others didn't make the original flight out of Haiti and just got to Miami around 9:30 PM tonight. This means that he won't make it back to Atlanta until tomorrow sometime, if they can get a flight.

I still miss him dearly and can't wait until Evan and I can head to the airport to get him. I'm just glad we can talk by phone now. Absence definitely makes the heart grow fonder.

Tara-I love your profile pic! I just read that you like Anita Shreve...have you read "A Wedding in December"?

Andrea - yes, I have read every one of her books. I own them all. Mike and I even made the paper when she came for a book signing because he was one of the only guys there. He especially loved me that night.
